Medical negligence alleged in boy's death

 Family members of 19-year-old Arun, who died at Sanjeevini Hospital in Mahalakshmi Layout, staged a protest in front of the hospital on Tuesday morning, alleging that the hospital authorities had delayed informing them about the death. 

Jayaraj Naidu, a relative of Arun, said that the doctors operated upon the patient in the posterior abdominal cavity, though he had a head injury. 

Relatives also said that even as they made attempts to move the boy to Nimhans as his condition had not improved, the doctors did not allow the same.
