<p>A hotel manager was found stabbed to death in south-east Delhi’s Govindpuri in the wee hours of Sunday. Police reckon it to be a case of attack over personal enmity or robbery.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The victim has been identified as Nikhil, who hailed from Uttarakhand and worked with a hotel in East of Kailash.<br /><br />He had been staying at a rented house in Govindpuri with his wife and two children for the last two months. He had shifted from Jasola, where he stayed for the last two years.<br /><br />“A call was made to the police control room around 1 am reporting that an injured man was seeking help in Nehru Camp A-Block,” said a police officer.<br /><br />A PCR van responded to the call and rushed the man to the AIIMS trauma centre, where he was declared brought dead.<br /><br />A black bag was also recovered from the spot, which helped police identify the victim and inform his family members. The body was handed over to his family after a post-mortem.<br />“He had sustained multiple stab wounds and apparently died due to excess bleeding.<br /><br />His statement could not be recorded due to which the attack continues to be a mystery,” the officer added.<br /><br />A case of murder has been registered with Govindpuri police station. Police questioned locals, but none of them reported to have seen Nikhil being attacked.<br /><br />It is suspected that he may have been attacked at some other place and was dumped there from a moving vehicle.<br /><br />Police have also recovered Nikhil’s mobile phone and are analysing the call data records. Nikhil’s family, friends and colleagues have also been questioned.</p>
