Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the mock seat allotment on Saturday on its official website kea.kar.nic.in.

The mock seat allotment is only an indicative seat status which the candidate may or may not get in real allotment, according to an official press release from the KEA.

Candidates have been asked to revise and update their options based on what has been indicated in the mock allotment. The KEA has also stated that even though a particular candidate may not wish to change his option after mock allotment, he may not get the seat indicated in this allotment as other students are likely to change their options.

The final option entry must be entered before 9 am on June 23. Candidates will not be allowed to change their options after the last date and time. To access the mock allotment results, candidates have to enter their CET number.

The KEA administrative officer has stated that candidates who have not been allotted any seats in the mock allotment have to re-enter their options and enter more options to increase their chances of securing a seat.

The KEA has asked candidates to enter all the options they are interested in. Also, priority of the options has to be in the higher order of preference. The options entered in the first round will only be considered for the second round and students will not be allowed a new option entry unless new colleges are added in seat matrix.
