Speaking to Deccan Herald, Mayor Shanker Bhat said “a person was owning a slaughter house illegally in Kudroli. Inspite of issuing notice, the owner did not vacate or close down the slaughter house. So the officials locked and sealed the slaughter house on Thursday.”
