The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) on Tuesday submitted an analysis report to the Crime Investigation Department (CID), of the CDs provided by Prema Kumari, confirming that the voice and images in the video were that of former minister S A Ramdas.

The CID sources said that the officials who are investigating the cheating and sexual harassment case filed by Prema Kumari against Ramdas may submit the final report to the court soon. The report will also be submitted to the government.

Prema Kumari, a second division clerk, had alleged that Ramdas had sexually and mentally assaulted her and used his authority as a minister to get her transferred frequently.

She said that she had first encountered Ramdas in 2009, when she had gone to ask for a transfer from the assistant commissioner’s office in Tarikere to the DC’s office in Mysore. She alleged that Ramdas then befriended her and they got into a relationship.

She was first transferred to HMT maternity hospital, Mysore on deputation, where she worked for three years. Thereafter, Prema Kumari said that she was transferred to the DC’s office by the end of 2012.

“Within three months, Ramdas transferred me to Tumkur. I refused to go there as my children’s education would be affected,” she said. She alleged that Ramdas had married her unofficially at his residence. Kumari had said that she had photographs, videos and mobile phone clippings to substantiate her allegations.
