He chose this way to escape the drudgery and drill in Saudi Arabia but the life back home is not going to be all that sunny, at least for the time being.

Booked under the Passport Act for entering into India without a valid ticket, passport and visa, Habib Hussain is currently under a six-day police remand.
His brother Jalaluddin, arrived  with his necessary identification documents from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh on Monday evening, police sources here said.
His brother corroborated the facts Hussain stated but the Rajasthan police will verify the details with the local authorities in Muradabad. According to Jaipur Superintendent of Police  (east) Biju G Joseph, as of now, nothing adverse has been found against him in the investigation.

Intelligence agencies are interrogating him to ensure that he did not have any mala fide intentions to board the flight other than just fleeing from Medina.
A case was registered against him under the Passport Act since he travelled without valid documents and passport.

The prima facie interrogation suggests he took the extreme step to escape from his employers in Madina. A team of Rajasthan police has already left for Hussain’s native place for further interrogation, he added.
