Modi asks party MPs to list favourite sport

Now, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants all BJP MPs to list their favourite sport! At the parliamentary party meeting held in the morning, Modi directed his MPs to submit their choice of sports which they have participated in earlier or keenly followed.

The parliamentarians are supposed to give their lists to Sports Minister Sarbananda Sonawal. The prime minister has cautioned that MPs should not use the sports listed for any business or showbiz activities, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy told reporters.

MPs are not barred from suggesting games played either locally in villages or in rural areas or internationally. Rudy has asked to coordinate with the MPs to ensure that party parliamentarians follow the dictate and submit quickly their wish list to the minister.
