Minister of State for Agriculture Krishna Byregowda on Sunday launched “Aapta Mitra,” a service to address public grievances.
The service would be available between 10 am and 5 pm every day. Citizens can call 080-46665666 or lodge their complaints at www.aptamitra.in. These grievances would be brought to the notice of departments concerned, G C Manjesh, the founder-member of the services said.
Complaints on illegal hoardings, non-functioning streetlights, road, drinking water, sewerage, waste management and other civic problems could be lodged through
Aapta-Mitra.
