Says chef Zaki, “I have always been very passionate about cooking and experimenting new innovative dishes. I wanted to create something with betel leaves as the zest of it always intrigue me and I thought why not incorporate it with ‘biryani’ and came up with the ‘paan murgh dum ‘biryani’.”
