Reddy's plea dismissed

 
The Court had issued NBW against the minister, who owns OMC and one of its directors Rayadurga MLA Ramachandra Reddy for not appearing before it in connection with a case pertaining to destruction of Karnataka-Andhra Pradesh border line. While the court recalled the NBW against Rayadurga MLA, it dismissed the plea of the minister, informed Assistant Public Prosecutor Babasab.
