A 23-year-old owner of an electric shop was stabbed to death in Tunga Nagar on Monday.
According to police, Hemaram was murdered minutes after he opened his shopon Magadi Road. The assailants who came in an auto rickshaw barged into the shop while he was cleaning the interiors and stabbed him on his stomach and neck.
Neighbours rushed to help hearing screams by a profusely bleeding Hemaram. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors suggested to shift him to another hospital. He breathed his last on the way.
A native of Rajasthan, Hemaram had settled down in Bangalore for the last five years. He was engaged to be married in April. The motive for murder is yet to be ascertained, according to police. However they are looking at various angle, including love, finance and rivalry. The neighbours have given a clue about the vehicle used by the assailants
