JOIN USThe accused Mohan (39) a resident of Papareddypalya has his shop in Mudalapalya circle. A few months back, a BCom final year girl visited his footwear shop. He allegedly managed to give her some sedatives and when she fell unconscious, he took her to the adjoining portion of the shop and allegedly clicked some nude photographs before sending her home with a concocted story. Recently, he started demanding her money and wrote a letter to her claiming that he possesses several porn cassettes involving her. He threatened to release the CDs if she failed to pay him Rs one lakh.
The girls parents discussed the matter with a pro-Kannada organisation activists. On Sunday morning, a group of around 15 activists barged inside his shop and thrashed him. The police arrived in time and whisked him away. The police are examining the pictures and ascertaining if Mohan is behind any such incident. Mohan is married with two sons.
