A 27-year-old youth ended his life by consuming poison at Yalanadu village on Monday.
The deceased who has been identified as Omkarmuthy, was suffering from ill-health.
“Omkarmurthy consumed poison around 10 pm on Monday night at his farm house. He had also called up a friend and informed that he would end his life.Later he died in
the hospital as the treatment failed,” the police said. Huliyar police have registered a case of unnatural death in this regard.
