Hari enters quarters

Karnataka’s Hari Singh and Heman Nama entered the boys’ singles quarterfinal of the KTPPA-AITA under-18 junior tennis tournament at the KSLTA courts on Tuesday.

Sixth seeded Hari Singh beat Aproop Reddy 6-3, 6-4 while Heman Nama scored a hard-fought 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 win over Anikait Venkat .

In the girls singles, Karnataka’s Muskan Ranjan came back from behind to beat Nikita Tridala of Andhra Pradesh 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 to make to the quarters.
