MLDL enters Bengaluru; to invest Rs 450 cr

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development business of the $16.9 billion Mahindra Group, marked its foray into the Bengaluru market by announcing the launch of its premium residential project, Windchimes, on Bannerghatta Main Road with an investment of Rs 450 crore

Windchimes is spread over 5.85 acres and offers luxurious three and four BHK residences in three sizes and across two towers. It is located adjacent to the proposed Metro phase-2 line and in close proximity to the IIM and Hulimavu Stations.

 Mahindra Lifespace Developers Managing Director Anita Arjundas said, “Transforming urban landscapes by creating sustainable communities has been the premise of all our developments. We are happy to bring the same values to Bengaluru. The total investment on the project will be about Rs 400 crore to Rs 450 crore. We are looking for about Rs 700 crore-Rs 750 crore revenue from the project, and the time-frame will be four years.”

 The company has offered a launch price of Rs 6,900 sq ft. The project will have 403 flats with prices ranging from Rs 1.3 crore to Rs 2.2 crore.
