<p>Two unidentified men are suspected to have snatched the gold chains of two women in just two hours in different localities on Thursday afternoon, the police said. <br /><br /></p>.<p>In the first incident, Subashini, 38, a homemaker from Kala Nagar in Kammagondanahalli, lost her 20-gram gold chain when the miscreants targeted her around 1.30 pm. <br /><br />The woman told the police that she was walking to buy vegetables when the men drove up a bike behind her, snatched her chain and just sped off, the Gangammanagudi police said. <br /><br />30-gm gold chain lost<br /><br />In the second incident, Ramya, a 29-year-old homemaker from 17th Cross, Banashankari II Stage, was on her way to dropping her son at his tuition class when the chain-snatchers targeted her in similar fashion around 3.30 pm. <br /><br />Ramya said that she lost her 30-gram gold chain. According to her, she did raise<br />an alarm, but the miscreants just disappeared. They rode a black motorcycle. <br /><br />Police suspect that two men are involved in both the incidents. “It is suspected that the same miscreants have committed both the offences within a span of two hours. <br /><br />A wireless message was sent across and nakabandis were set up in the surrounding areas. The checking is still going on,” a senior officer said on the condition of anonymity.</p>
