
Telugu Titans emerged as the new leaders after their drawn encounter against hosts Dabang Delhi in the final match of the Delhi leg of the Pro Kabaddi here on Tuesday.
Delhi put up a resolute performance to hold the Hyderabad-based team 45-45. With the both the teams gaining three points each, the Titans displaced U Mumba, though both have 45 points. Mumba are placed second in the table as they have conceded more away points compared to the Titans. Hosts Delhi have climbed to the fifth spot with this draw with 26 points from 12 points.
During the game, the advantage swung wildly from one team to another in the second half. Delhi’s Kashiling Adake stepped up his game, but Titans staved off an all out for the better part of second set. It was 29-29 going in to the final ten minutes. Adake finally managed to take three defenders in the 34th minute, resulting in an allout, five points and 37-33 lead for Delhi. But, Titans forged a comeback making swift raids. Rahul Chaudhari scored a three-point raid with three minutes left and earned a three-point lead for the Titans.
The final raid of the game was dramatic. At 45-44 in favour of the hosts, Adake claimed the raid but officials deemed it an empty one, and a point was given to Titans. It ended 45-45.

With their third consecutive victory, Jaipur Pink Panthers clawed their way back to the third spot.
On Tuesday, they beat bottom placed Puneri Paltan 31-18 consolidating their unbeaten run to five games.
