Rescued trekkers booked for trespass

 The Forest department has filed a case against two trekkers, Vivek Gupta from Lucknow and Shashidhar from Hyderabad, for illegally entering the Bhadra Tiger Reserve.

The two had gone trekking in the Bababudangiri hill region and went missing. They were traced on Tuesday night. Following the registration of the case against them, the duo appeared before the JMFC court, which later released them on bail on Wednesday.
