A curated gourmet experience

As part of the third anniversary celebration, our day started with lunch at ‘blueFrog’. The cuisine there comprised a delectable melange of influences — from dishes conceived in Kerala to hints of Singaporean and Pan-Asian food and a range of Continental and contemporary creations. The three-course meal began with a ‘Mixed sprout and peanut falafel baby pita’ served with hummus, beetroot pickle and tabouleh. Non-vegetarians can opt for the ‘Shotgun chicken curry leaves and chilli sauce’ served with pineapple pickle and cucumber slaw. The main course had many options like the ‘Classic grilled chicken mixed herb marinade’ and ‘Coq au vin chicken-on-the-bone’.

After a scrumptious lunch, we were taken to the Four Fountains Spa in Indiranagar for a foot reflexology session that was completely invigorating. We then headed to Loft 38, a speciality European restaurant in Indiranagar, and sampled some delectable appetisers like ‘Asparagus soup’ made with ricotta cheese dumpling, truffle oil and romaine hearts and the crispy avocado pastry which is actually a ‘pani puri’ stuffed with spicy salsa and avocado curd! The ‘Bhutte ka kebab’ made with minced corn kernel, potato crisps and green chilli, and served with chutney mayo is another must-try.
