Former chief minister and BJP National Vice President B S Yeddyurappa has said that the Congress MLAs were acting against Upalokayukta Justice Subhash Adi out of “personal vendetta.”
“Lokayukta Justice Bhaskar Rao faces grave charges and the government should have taken steps to remove him by this time. But, the government is acting only now. Now, Upalokayukta is being targeted even though there are no documents to substantiate charges against him” Yeddyurappa said here on Sunday.
He said that it was not right on the part of Congress MLAs to collect signatures seeking removal of Upalokayukta.
