Air Marshal Jagjeet Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Maintenance Command, Indian Air Force, visited No 26 Equipment Depot of the IAF in Bengaluru on Thursday.
During the visit, he inspected the renovation of storage site work in progress. A demonstration of new material handling equipment and modern packaging equipment was given at Receipt and Despatch Bay. A drive around the domestic area at Murugeshpalya camp was also undertaken.
Later, the Air Marshal addressed the depot personnel at Hollow Square and shared his views on transforming the Indian Air Force into a strategic aerospace power with full spectrum capability.
He also interacted with the chairman of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. The AOC-in-C will review the passing-out parade at the Air Force Technical College, Bengaluru, on Friday.
