Whipping up a treat

Ingredients
Refined flour — 750 gms
Amul Butter — 500 gms
Sugar — 300 gm
Eggs — 6
Granny smith green apples — 500 gms
Raisins — 100 gms
White butter — 50 gms
 Cinnamon powder — 10 gms
Bread crumbs for binding
 
Method:
In a bowl, add refined flour, breakfast sugar, butter and eggs. Mix well. Mix until it becomes a semi soft dough.
De-skin the green apples and cut it into thin slices.
Take a wide pan and add white butter, sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon powder and raisin. Mix them well.
Mix until you get a juicy texture. Add bread crumbs to the juicy pie mixture.
Roll out the dough into thin sheet.
Carefully place the rolled out dough into the aluminium mold. Now fill the pie mixture into the dough covered with aluminium mold.
Cover it with strips of rolled out dough.
Now place the apple pie in the pre heated oven at 180 degree temperature. Allow it to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once you remove it, sprinkle powdered sugar on it. Apple pie is ready to be served.
