Kirik is an out-and-out commercial movie which is all set to entertain the audience in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. It is a highly technical movie and is based on an adventure sport which involves youngsters, speed and thrills.

The story has been written by Kishan himself, who will also be donning the director’s hat. An excited Kishan says, “This is a movie meant for both adults and children. There are roles available for anybody between the age of three and 100. Kirik has a lot of graphics and stunts and is based on a very dangerous sport. That is why the shooting has not started yet. I am getting advice from top experts in London on how to proceed with this project.

That is why it has been delayed for a few months.” Many children are going to debut on the silver screen with this movie. A talent hunt will soon be taking place, where Kishan will be handpicking children, who have a fondness for adventure sports.

Eighty per cent of the cast will be new and there is going to be a special star as well. “There will be a heroine from my age group. We are finalising on another top star as well. Two of my good friends, whom I met at a television channel event, will also be involved.”

When asked about the unique concept of the movie, he says, “In Kirik, we will be using the phrase — ‘I friend you’ (sic) and not ‘I love you’. The movie touches on friendship as well as love.” Kishan plans to finish the production part of Kirik before he gets busy with his 10th standard board exams. Well, we wish you good luck Kishan.
