Darshan claims five-for in LRDE SC victory

Darshan P claimed a five-wicket haul and Jeevan picked four wickets as LRDE Sports Club drubbed ITC Sports Club by nine wickets in the KSCA Group-II, Division-II cricket tournament here.

Batting first, ITC Sports Cub could only muster 123 all out in 21.5 overs, with contributions coming from Kaushik Udupa (35), Shanmuga (28). Darshan P with figures 5/24 did the most damage for LRDE Sports Club while Jeevan (4/38) joined the party with four wickets.

In reply, LRDE Sports Club rode on Puneet’s unbeaten 70 to overhaul the target (124/1) in 21.5 overs. while also came in handy with 35 runs.
