The Tourism department will organise the three-day Karnataka Habba at the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat from 11 am to 8 pm, starting Friday.
The festival is an initiative to showcase the culture of the State. There will be 100 stalls displaying tourism related products, handicrafts, cuisines, art and handloom items. Other states such as Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala are also expected to take part in the event.
There will be food courts serving various authentic Karnataka cuisine. There will also be cultural performances such as vocals, dances and dramas. Live pottery workshops will be held.
Silk worms, terracotta jewellery and bridalwear will also be on display.
