Naveen does star turn for ITC SC

A good all-round show from Naveen Yadav propelled ITC Sports Club to a convincing seven-wicket victory over EPF Recreation Club in the KSCA Group II, Division II tournament here.

EPF batted first and were bundled out for 140 in 27.2 overs as Naveen ended with figures of 5/23.

Aman Raj (2/20) and Kaushik Udupa (2/36) were the other key contributors in the wickets column for ITC SC.

Chasing a mediocre target of 141, Naveen came to the fore with the bat as well striking an unbeaten half century (58 not out) to give his side a comfortable win in 24.3 overs.
In another match, J Arun Kumar (63 not out) and Shivam Mishra (54 not out) guided Air India Sports Club to a 10-wicket win against CIL Sports Club.
