The Indian under 23 side let in a 23rd minute penalty through striker Karadanov Mamedaly in their second Group B match at Sugathadasa Stadium. Defender Debabrata Roy, who started the match in place of injured Robert Lalthlamuana, brought down Turkmenistan midfielder Ruslan Mingazov inside the box togive away the spotkick.
