Kannada novelist Dr S L Bhyrappa, Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research (Bengaluru) Director Dr C N Manjunath and A J Group of Institutions Chairman A J Shetty will be awarded Honoris Causa during the 34th annual convocation of Mangalore University on Wednesday.
According to a press release, Niti Aayog Member and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) former director general V K Saraswat will deliver the convocation address and Higher Education Minister and Pro-Chancellor T B Jayachandra will present the degrees at the convocation.
