Munim spurs Vultures

A century from Munim and a half-century from Danish helped Vultures CC score a massive 121-run win over Victory CC in the Tiger Cup under-17 tournament match at the Loyola School ground on Friday.

Batting first, Vultures rode on Munim’s 105 and Danish’s 51, which was backed well by Premnath’s 33 runs, to post 226 for three in 30 overs.

In reply, Victory were bowled out for just 105 in 21.3 overs, with only Adarsh managing to score 40.

Daniel (2/23) and Karthik (2/27) claimed two wickets each for the winners.
