JOIN USThe new HRD minister has the onerous task of pulling out this most important ministry from the wheel chair & put it back into action to harness the immense power of more than one billion Indians. It would be great if we put our knowledge driven human resources in the numerator instead of arriving at dismal per capita by putting them down below. Following should be the key agenda-(a) No thumb impression- Illiteracy needs to be wiped out in the next five years.
(b) As far as possible common syllabus on the pattern of Central Board of Secondary Education can be thought for school, college & even in professional education.
(c) Beyond Boundaries. The flow of education & sharing of knowledge needs to be free & unshackled.
(d) Fake & Futile. The new HRD Minster must ruthlessly weed out fake universities, fraudulent institutions & bogus courses.
(e) Where knowledge is free. There is need to put upper cap on sky rocketing fees in kindergartens, schools & colleges.
