Set for the metal mania

'Open Air'

G-Shock Bangalore Open Air’, one of India’s largest heavy metal festivals, will kick off on July 9, 3 pm, at Royal Orchard Resort, Yelahanka.

     The festival will see a host of national and international metal bands. Powered by ‘Wacken Open Air’ in Germany, the lineup includes Bengaluru’s ‘Inner Sanctum’ and Mumbai’s ‘Providence’. Bangladeshi death metallers ‘Severe Dementia’, Polish death metal band ‘Vader’, ‘Skull Fist’ from Canada and Egyptian-American metal legend ‘Nader Sadek’ are some of the international acts for the event.

The event will offer hardcore metal music ranging from black metal to death metal for the young rock audience in India. The winners of the ‘Wacken Metal Battle’ will be announced on July 9. The winning band will enjoy a cash prize and performance at ‘Wacken Open Air’, Germany. Tickets  are available on www.bookmyshow.com
