Dharambir Singh, the first Indian male sprinter to qualify for the Olympics in 36 years, has failed doping test conducted by National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA), according to Media reports.
Singh was told not to board the flight to Rio after the positive dope test, say media reports.
Dharambir had qualified for the Rio Games after he passed the Olympic mark of 20.50 sec at the Indian Grand Prix Athletics event held in July 2016, Bengaluru.
