Organised by Triple Tree Exhibitions & Sports, Jones Lang Lang LaSalle Meghraj, Asipac, Facility Management Zone, Outer Ring Road Companies Association and Electronic City Industries Assocation,  the main  objective was to create common platform for corporate end users, developers and policy makers interact and come up with solutions to contribute to the growth of Bangalore.

The session was inaugurated by Adviser to CM—Urban Development A Ravindra, who spoke about the current state of affairs and suggested ideas for orderly and planned development of Bangalore.

Stressing the need to arrest the nature of unplanned growth he called for promoting road infrastructure and the public transport system.

CB Richard Ellis Deputy MD South India Ram Chandnani spoke about the business destinations in Bangalore, like Devanhalli, Yeshwantpur, Peenya, Mysore Road, and Whitefield among others. He also spoke about the need to identify satellite townships, provide them with the requisite infrastructure and make them self sufficient.
