The Old Airport Road that connects Domlur and old airport will be renamed as ‘Madiwala Machideva Road’ in honour of the legendary Indian saint-poet of the 12th century.
On Sunday, at 11 am, Shanthinagar MLA N A Haris will unveil the new signage.
Seers Shivamurthy Murugharajendra Sharana of Murugha Mutt, Chitradurga, Shivanubhavacharamurthy of Beli Mutt, Go Ru Channabasappa, president of Akhila Bharatha Sharana Sahitya Parishat and Kannada activist Vatal Nagaraj will be present.
