IndiQube to double revenues to Rs 100 cr

IndiQube, a Bengaluru-based company that creates a right business environment for startups, is looking at doubling its revenues to Rs 100 crore for the year 2016-17, against the previous year’s revenue of Rs 50 crore.

Speaking to DH, IndiQube chairman and co-founder Rishi Das said, “We have been witnessing a growth of 100% (in terms of space) in the last two years. So far, we have developed five lakh sq feet, which has been occupied by over 75 mid size companies (with each having staff strength of 40-50 employees). We will be adding another five lakh sq feet of space in the coming 12-18 months in Bengaluru.”

Das further said, “We select our properties based on stringent criteria. All our properties are located on employee-friendly and prestigious location, which invariably means great transport and infrastructure. Our projects are on seven locations in Bengaluru.”

The company, fully bootstrapped with close to Rs 40 crore by the co-founders, is expanding its operations to two IT hubs — Pune and Chennai, by the middle of next year.

Sharing the future plans, he said, “We are planning to scale up with our existing clients to different cities. We are in discussion with clients to expand to other cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Delhi.”
