Chettinad Egg Curry

Boiled eggs (2)
Grated onion
Tomato juice (1/2 cup)
Curry leaves
Oil (2 spoons)
Ghee (1 spoon)
Coriander leaves

For grinding
Poppy (1 spoon)
Black pepper (1 spoon)
Chillies (5)
Cinnamon (1)
Clove (1)
Cardamom (2)
Grated coconut (1/4 cup)
Ginger and Garlic paste (1 spoon)
Soaked cashew (1 spoon)


Grind all ingredients. Fry onion, curry leaves, dry chilli and coconut in oil on a pan.  Add tomato juice, salt, water, boiled eggs and boil. Mix coriander leaves and ground powder and boil.
