National Gallery of Modern Art, Bengaluru in collaboration with ​International Institute for Art, Culture and Democracy is presenting ‘Blue Ribbon Art Camp 2017’ on March 19.

​The art camp has been designed as a patient-centric creative and therapeutic activity for 30 children and young adults (aged 10-20) with rare diseases to explore art and express their lived experiences of their disease.​

Events like drawing and sketching and clay modeling will be the highlight of the camp. The art camp will be facilitated by artist Bharath V and the entry will be free and limited to 30 participants on first-come-first-serve basis. ​​Preference will be given to children and young adults ​(between 10 to 20 years) with rare diseases such as blood, ​metabolic and neurogenetic disorders.
