The audio launch of Kiran Govi’s second directorial venture Sanchari, starring Raj and Biaenca Desai, was held recently in the City. Actress Ramya released the music along with producer K Manju. The film has five songs composed by music director Arjun which were shot in Bangkok, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

After releasing the audio Ramya greeted the film’s cast and appreciated their efforts. “I listened to the songs on my way to the function. They are really melodious and I congratulate the team for the marvellous picturisation,” Ramya said.

“The music of my earlier film Payana was also a huge hit. I have kept the same musical strains in this film as well to woo the listeners. All the five songs look great on the screen and I bet people will like them. Sonu Nigam has crooned two songs. Shreya Ghoshal and Anuradha Paudwal have rendered a song each,” said Kiran at the press meet held prior to the audio launch.

Nagaraj Reddy, who worked in more than 15 films as co-artiste, is trying his luck as the hero in Sanchari under the new screen name Raj. “I stepped into the film industry dreaming to become a hero. But only supporting roles came my way. Finally, the destiny offered me what I wanted through this film. Also being one of the producers of this film, I have taken keen interest in its every aspect to make it a neat product,” said the actor, who undertook classes to deliver his best in the film.

“I took fighting lessons from fight-master Raju and attended dance classes for six months. In the film, nowhere we have used duplicate, as I wanted perform all the action sequences myself,” he added.

The film is a love story. The protagonist is a criminal who abducts the heroine for a ransom. They fall in love with each other. For the rest, the audience will have to wait for the movie to release.
