A S Bhat new MD for CAMPCO

Bhat, who himself is an arecanut grower, had joined the CAMPCO Limited in 1974. He had reached the position of Executive Director after serving for nearly 36 years in the organisation at various levels.

A release stated that Bhat has indepth knowledge on various aspects of arecanut and cocoa production and marketing since he himself is an agriculturist. Bhat, who is a native of Katukukke in Kasargod taluk, is currently settled in Kalladka.

Farewell to former MD

The Administrative Board of the CAMPCO Limited bid farewell to its former Managing Director P Madhusudhana Rao, who had served the organisation at various levels for nearly 34 years.

Rao was the first non-government Managing Director of the organisation. CAMPCO President Konkodi Padmanabha honoured him by presenting a memento. Vice President V Krishna Bhat, MD A S Bhat, Directors Ashok Kumar Holla and L N Koodoor were present.
