High drama as committee visits Mantri Techzone, denied entry

Hearing the case, the tribunal had barred constructions within 75 metres of the periphery of a lake, 50 metres from the edge of a primary rajakaluve (master canal), and 35 metres from the edge of a secondary rajakaluve.

The two companies had approached the Supreme Court against the tribunal’s verdict, but the court sent the case back to the tribunal.

Mantri Developers was not available for comment.
