Regus to grow 50% by first half of 2018

Regus India, an operator of flexible workplaces, which is owned by the Netherlands-based IWG, said that the company is poised for 50% growth by the first half of 2018.

"It is a momentous journey for Regus in India.  We have launched our 100th centre in Regus Brigade IRV in Bengaluru, located in Whitefield, which occupies 25,000 sq feet. The company has now 12 centres in the city," Regus Country Manager India Harsh Lambah said.

The company started its India journey in 2005. "We have six brands in flexible workspace solution business. Right now, we are present in 16 cities and will register 50% growth and reach 200 centres by the first half of 2018," he said.

Lambah said the company is giving an entire range of workspace solutions, like coworking space, community facility, virtual office and closed office space. It has till now developed 50 million to 60 million sq feet of space in India with a presence in tier-I and II cities.

Lambah said Regus has its virtual office products that attract more clients. "We provide virtual office facility with a minimum cost of Rs 990. We help small companies find partners for their other compliance requirement," he said.

Regus works with leading real estate companies to choose their properties and select locations as per the demand. It is being operated in 1,000 cities in 100 countries with a network of 3,000 locations.
