Ecom Express appoints Saurabh Deep Singla as SVP and CHRO; strengthens Senior Executive Team

Ecom Express Private Limited, one of the leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider for e-commerce industry, on Monday announced the strengthening of its executive management team with the appointment of Saurabh Deep Singla as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

According to a company release, Singla will be a member of the company's executive team reporting to Ecom Express' founders, and will be operating from the company's head quarters in New Delhi.

Saurabh joins Ecom Express with over 19 years of human resource leadership experience in designing and executing HR strategies across dispersed organizations at country and global level, with a focus on business growth, operational excellence, talent acquisition and driving key elements attached to sustained people practices.

In this new position Saurabh will have direct responsibility for the Company's people strategy including talent acquisition, talent development and building organizational capability to further support Ecom Express' growth.

Commenting on the development, Ecom Express Private Limited Chief Executive Officer T. A. Krishnan said as an e-commerce logistics service provider, the company's most valuable resource is its people as they enable business performance and deliverables.
