Workshop on 'know your skills'

On the occasion of Diamond Jubilee celebrations held recently, the Department of Office Administration of St Philomena's College Puttur, organised a one-day workshop on the topic 'Know your skills'.

Mangalore University Registrar Prof A M Khan said that: 'In the present day scenario, administrative and support staff are playing a significant role as a step between teachers and students."

Campus Director and Chairperson of PG Studies of the college Rev Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro in his keynote address said that, "Administrative staff are the face of the institution."

Acne treatment week

The skin Department of Fr Muller Medical College Hospital will organise
'Acne (pimples) Treatment Week' from December 20 to 23 between 9 am and 1 pm and 3 pm to 4 pm.

Facilities offered during the week include: free registration for acne patients, free medicines (acne patients - first 2 days) and various procedures related to acne and its marks at concessional rates.
