Two sons of Rajasthan minister Hem Singh Bhadana were booked for beating up a 30-year-old law student in Alwar on Tuesday. They are yet to be arrested.

Surendra Bhadana, Hitesh Bhadana and accomplices have been charged with kidnap and assault. Law student Tej was assaulted for suspected involvement with a group that Surendra and Hitesh claim abused their father Hem Singh Bhadana.

An FIR was filed by Satish Yadav, the victim's father, who alleged that the minister's sons, along with a group of boys, picked up his son from his rented room in Alwar. They drove to Shivaji Park where they thrashed him as they wanted details about the people who abused their father.

Shivaji Park SHO Vinod Sawriya said, "After the FIR was filed, we charged them with illegal confinement. We are in search of the accused."

Minister Bhadana is an MLA from Alwar's Thanagazi constituency and the in-charge of Rajasthan State Motor Garage, General Administration and Estates in the BJP government.
