Siddaramaiah dares BJP to file affidavit before Tribunal

"If the BJP has so much concern about resolving the Mahadayi dispute, let them submit an affidavit to the Mahadayi River Water Sharing Disputes Tribunal, that they will get water for Karnataka," challenged Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

Speaking to reporters at Bagepalli, here on Friday, he said "Does Jagadish Shettar have any legal knowledge? It is protocol that the chief minister of one state writes to the chief minister of another state. What is B S Yeddyurappa today? He is just the president of a political party".  

Further Siddaramaiah alleged,"Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has no decency. He seems to prefer conversing with his own party people by ignoring protocol".
