The records are classified into five categories. The records wrapped in red cloth, have an indefinite history, while those in green cloth, have records of 30-year-old.
The records with a history of 10 years are preserved in yellow clothes. Meanwhile, the white cloth-records have a history of five years and the grey colour clothes have the recent ones.
Anti-pest tablets are used to protect the files against the pests. The members of the public can obtain the information they want from here free of cost.
