<p>The Karnataka High Court on Monday slapped an emergent notice on Kannada Chalavali Vatal Paksha, a pro Kannada outfit, while hearing a matter pertaining to a bandh on February 4.</p>.<p>A division bench comprising acting Chief Justice HG Ramesh and Justice P S Dinesh Kumar were hearing a public interest litigation filed by Shraddha Parents' Association seeking directions to restrain the upcoming bandh in the city on February 4.</p>.<p>The court also issued notice to the state government in this regard and adjourned hearing of the matter to February 2.</p>
