The youth Gobind Singh, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead by the doctors, police sources said on Wednesday.
According to the family of the deceased, BSP legislator Sheeshram Singh’s son Dushyant had a heated exchange with Gobind on Tuesday evening following which Dushyant, in a fit of rage, pushed him before the speeding roadways bus.
It also alleged that the MLA’s son was in an inebriated state.
Enraged over the incident, a mob pelted the MLA’s house with stones. The mob also blocked the national highway demanding the arrest of the legislator’s son.
