District in-charge minister A Manju has written a letter to Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sanjiv Kumar against deputy commissioner Rohini Sindhuri Dasari.
In the six page letter, Manju claimed that a case was registered against him though he did not violate moral code of conduct.
He charged that the deputy commissioner was targeting him for personal reasons and sought her transfer.
