'CM should take action against Halappa'

Speaking at a protest organised by the DCC at Clock tower in Udupi, he said for political reason he has tendered resignation. He said “Reddy Brothers have looted the boundary of Karnakata. Instead of speaking on morality, action should be initiated against them by seeking their resignation.”

District Congress President M A Gafoor said “the rape charges against a minister has made all of us to bow our head in shame. Women are undergoing harassment and assault after BJP government came to power in the state. Padmapriya incident is still mysterious. After Jayalakshmi and Renukacharya incident, Renukarchaya has been given ministership. The condition of women are miserable in the state.”  District Women Congress President Veronica spoke.
